Ladies, if you have cellulite for days, please refrain from wearing the cute cut off shorts you saw in your favorite magazine, or the runway, or a manican in your favorite store ( you know these are pinned and/or altered to fit these people indiviudally.)

Because it's just not cute, and shouldn't be what I think of when I walk through Times Square. Just Saying.

Nice try though, all you need is a good stocking and some Chuck Taylor's to pull that look off. But really.
