Cozy Knits

You guessed it, totes not wearing a cozy knit, rather an itchy sweater that fits just the way i like. By itchy I mean wool, and therefore there's nothing you can do but smile. Anywho sorry for the lack of posts, still getting over a bit of a cough. But I'm back!

Not too sure what i was going for with the glasses and all other than the fact I rarely wear them. But i suppose it added a little something extra to an otherwise pretty plain look.

Did I mention the newest addition to my collection of Michael Kors items that I don't need. Hey watch hey, I've found love in this rose gold beaut.

And my new pants, thanks to my lovely roommate. I must admit that I wasn't always the biggest fan of colored pants, but it's def a trend that will continue on through 2013. Luckily I have a few pairs under my belt now!

Color Blocked

A little bit of spice, but not every things nice. It's my favorite season of the year- December!!! [[ I mean Christmas]]... that mean's dressing all snazzy for holiday parties and the like. 

Fortunately, you have your trashy host, me, to deliver you wrinkled outfits paired with textured lace. And a hint of spicy lipstick. You guessed it ladies and gents, MAC "Fleshpot" with a hint of Maybelline' Baby Lips in "grapevine" 

Add a messy bun, some tights for the chill, and some lovely velour wedges to complete your look. Why, because if you're gonna make the effort to attend said party, you might as well look halfway decent [[ while boozing around, you little lush you.]]

Plaid Blues

Fall is by far my favorite season because -cue drum roll- I have a slight obsession with plaid. Don't get me wrong, plaid is pretty sparse in my wardrobe but I manage to mix it up as many ways as possible. Sadly the weather doesn't exactly match the [actual] season today as the temperature was pushing mid seventy today; needless to say I still wore this lovely blue flannel frock. To lighten my look, I chose to pair it with a pastel tank and accessories. 

I can't stop there, I absolutely adore these rugged Aldo boots I purchased from the outlets last winter.  There is no doubt in my mind I will wear these out, I find absolutely any reason to wear them when the weather cools down...Side Note: Did I mention how amazing these skinnies are from Zara? Jeans that fit my tall yet slim physique, are far and rare, I casually spotted these on one of my various shopping adventures and was surprised at how wonderfully they fit. [So naturally I also bought a pair in a delicious Olive Green, and am thinking of getting another in color- suggestions?]
